Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted in their listings, including address, hours, contact details and descriptions. GMBForLocal reserves the right to edit, suspend or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, or violates these terms.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences with a business. You may not post reviews that are false, defamatory, or written in exchange for compensation. GMBForLocal may remove reviews that violate these guidelines or applicable law.

The GMBForLocal name, logo, website design and underlying software are the property of GMBForLocal and protected by intellectual property laws. Business owners retain ownership of the content they submit but grant GMBForLocal a license to display it as part of the Service.
GMBForLocal may contain links to third-party websites (such as a business's own website). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
GMBForLocal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any business listing is accurate, current, or reflects the actual quality of a business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMBForLocal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold GMBForLocal harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
